Getting pre-approved for a loan amount before the home-buying process begins provides an excellent benchmark and narrows the home search. I work with outstanding lenders who will guide you through pre-approval.

Submitting the Offer
After writing up an offer, I very carefully review the contract with my clients making sure they understand the risks and consequences of each element of the agreement.

If the submitted offer is considered, but the seller wants one or more different terms, they will come back with a counteroffer. This reveals the seller's priorities, and being a skilled negotiator helps to find an agreement that suits both parties.

My expertise is in writing up the most compelling offer on your behalf, leaving nothing to chance and no doubt that my clients are the right buyers for the home.

After the offer has been accepted, the next stage of this process begins and I will continue to drive the process with each party involved until you receive your keys.
