While the broader Washington real estate market had its challenges, my focus this year was on helping clients navigate their unique journeys and the results were deeply rewarding.

This year, I had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients across vibrant communities—from Lake Stevens to Lake Tapps, North Bend to Seattle. Every transaction told its own story, and each one reminded me why I love what I do: helping people find not just houses, but homes.

  • Managing The Vintage by Murray Franklyn: One of my proudest achievements was managing this thoughtfully designed, community-focused new construction project.

  • Speaking on Leadership, Growth & Excellence: I had the opportunity to share insights and lessons learned with incredible groups, combining experiences from real estate and life.

  • Supporting Passion Projects: Giving back is core to my values. This year, I supported organizations close to my heart, including Olive Crest, strengthening families, and Free Wheelchair Mission, helping provide mobility and independence to those in need.
